Death Pinalty Issues

The Case of Death Penalty

The death penalty is one of the toughest punishments directed at the person who commits treason against a thing. Whether, it is his job especially his country. The death penalty was enacted by the Romans in the early 18 century. Initially, the death penalty is reserved for religion only, as for those who commit great sins in the world. But, as the age of the death penalty is established it is one of the punishments considered to have a significant impact on the problem, especially the problem of treason against the state. Because treason is hard for people accepted. Betrayal that will be discussed much more deeply is the taking or seizure of property rights by state or government official in a manner commonly referred to as the word of corruption.
If linked between the death penalty and corruption must be very closely related to each other. Why so, because a corruption is a very cruel act committed by highly educated and dignified people, but they are often unaware of what their position is with what they do. The problem of corruption in a country is no longer a strange thing in the ears of society but has become a wisdom in the ear for the local community. This is continuously happening in some countries, one of which is our own country that is Indonesia. Perpetrators of corruption are increasing from year to year, of course we must ask this, what is wrong in this country so too much betrayal happens, and the short answer to the length of the case is that no punishment can have a deterrent effect on the perpetrator and to those who intend to commit the same crime. Why this happened. Because when they are arrested for committing a crime they will only be put into prison, a prison whose specter is not frightening because it is equipped with luxurious facilities for officials. This is what makes the perpetrators of corruption increasingly imperturbable because they are not afraid of the punishment they will receive. Therefore it needs a change so that what has been blindly in this country can be destroyed little by little only through the punishment that can cause deterrent effects punishment that creates a deterrent effect one of them is the death penalty, a punishment that will deprive someone's life for committing a major offense.
Talking about the death penalty, appearing various views from every circle. Let us shift to the country of china and English. The country's corrupt population is very few even almost non-existent. What makes it happened. Because in the country they have applied the death penalty system for those who deprived the rights of others, but this is contrary to some rules of law in our country. Discuss about human rights. Human has no right to usurp the lives of others because of any such thing. This is sanctioned, because man is not a god who can take the right of one's life in any way and on any basis. The law is certainly created and organized with a mature and profound thought. That everyone has the right to live and earn a decent living. Therefore the death penalty is shunned against the established law. There are many things that might be done to provide a deterrent effect on the perpetrators of crime such as corruption.
The death penalty may not necessarily lead to the perpetrators of a deterrent crime, it can also shut down unfinished crime meetings, such as the death penalty which apply to terrorist cases. The perpetrators of the bombings have been executed before all the cases of terrorism are revealed. After the Bali bombing case one, in Indonesia is still rife with other boom cases. This can be made proof that there is no word of deterrence for terrorists in Indonesia. Being eradicated are the factors that can cause the prisoner to commit a crime, not the prisoner in question. The above quote can be an inspiration for remove the death penalty in Indonesia. The death penalty is not a punishment, but the death penalty is more visible as a reaction of revenge. Pancasila please the first of the Supreme Godhead is also against the death penalty, in the first precepts we are required to believe in the existence of God but what is done clearly contrary to the precepts. Taking life is God's right, with the death penalty as if it were human beings who were in charge of death human being.
It is difficult to deal with this death sentence, as the death penalty is the creation of human beings so that humans can change it. Indonesia as one of the countries that still apply the death penalty can be said dead lice can not do much with the polemic that happened, insistence from within and pressure from outsiders to execute punishable eliminate make sovereign law of this country as mortgaged.
In society, the death penalty invites many reactions, not only in Indonesia, but also in other countries. Reactions are there that support and some are not supportive. Supporting societies, generally, assume that the death penalty can make people think longer to commit crimes. Communities that do not support, in general, assume that the death penalty violates human rights. Facts prove, when compared with developed countries that do not apply the death penalty, Saudi Arabia who enforce Islamic law and capital punishment has a low crime rate. Prospects also reject the opinion of your group that says the death penalty (against corruptors) goes against humanity. Instead, they argue that corruption is an extraordinary crime against humanity. Corruption is a crime against humanity that violates the right to life and human rights not just one person, but millions of people many argue.
The death penalty against corruptors does not violate the Constitution as already declared by the Constitutional Court. In the current state of emergency of corruption where corruption has caused widespread poverty and thereby 'killed' the right to life of millions of people, it is fair to impose the death penalty on one corrupt person. So the main consideration is the sense of justice that lives in society. The death penalty is also applied to give a stern warning to public officials not to commit corruption.
However, the death penalty is only imposed on the most pernicious and widespread form of corruption. In addition, the death penalty must be very careful about being dropped. In a corrupt criminal justice system like today one is most likely to be a victim of a miscarriage of justice.
So it is very clear that some developed and developing countries applying the death penalty can reduce than killing offenders such as corruption. So that it becomes a lesson for a country that has an endless perpetrator of corruption to hasten to take an action that can have a deterrent effect on the perpetrator, not just to see the action of the crime continuing without action to reduce or annihilate it. in other words the application of capital punishment can help reduce the number of corruptors and death sentences accepted by some countries that have proven the impact received on the application of the death penalty.
